Dr. Abidemi Atolagbe-Olaoye (Dr. Abi) is an accomplished project/program management leader with over 17 years of experience in IT and business project management. He has a strong passion for technology and continuous process improvement and is committed to driving organizational success. Leveraging expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies, he excels at delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget. Dr Abi’s professional journey spans diverse industries, where he has led cross-functional teams, implemented process improvement initiatives, and managed enterprise-scale programs. He is a lifelong learner and always empowering teams and organizations through training, coaching, and mentorship, fostering a culture of efficiency and best practices. Dr. Abi continuously seeks strategic and innovative approaches to project delivery and transformation. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a master’s degree in information systems management from Capitol Technology University, Laurel, Maryland, and a PhD in Information Science from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.
